I took my car to Burlington Chevy because there was a loud grinding/squeaking sound under the hood. They did a diagnostic and determined my AC compressor was shot and my water pump was leaking. Both had to be replaced. This was submitted to my warranty and of course they low balled me on how much they were willing to pay for repairs. Chevy did the repairs, I picked up the car to get home and find that it is still making the noises I took it in for. I took the car back. Long story short....Chevy owned up to the error, did the correct repair and now my car is running smooth as silk. Thank you to the crew from the receptionist to the service manager. Special shout outs to Maria @ the front desk very polite and professional, Nicole the Scheduler for making sure I had a car to take me to and from work, Fred the Service Advisor for keeping me up to date on the progress, the mechanics for doing a great job and Brian the Service Manager for working with me on the cost. ( labor cost is outrageous at ANY dealership) They took ownership of their error, they worked with me on the cost and I came away feeling like a valued client.

I had an issue which made my engine light come on. After several attempts to figure out and correct the issue they finally got it right and they did an excellent job. My car is now running smoothly again and I'm enjoying the ride. It can be a very frustrating experience when your engine light comes on and no matter what the mechanic does it rides a couple of days , and you know it does not feel right, then the light comes back on. This happened several times, But the crew at Burlington Chevrolet are amazing. They took good care of me and got my car running again like it should. Thanks Guys !

I had an amazing experience buying from Burlington Chevrolet. Don't let this dealership's rustic exterior fool you. This place is legit. What the location lacks in curb appeal is made up for with excellent inventory, honest salespeople (my guy was Bobby), and thorough and experienced service technicians. I purchased a C8 Z06 from Burlington's inventory and could not be happier with the experience. The build Bobby ordered is one of the nicest and most thoughtful designs I've seen. The price was fair, I didn't get lowballed on my trade-in, and the finance guy (another Bobby) helped me find the post-sale options that worked for me, rather than trying to upsell me with every product they had to offer. If you're looking for an honest car dealership, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend more highly.
