I had an appointment for my car on Friday March 28. There was no update on my car until 3/3, when I called and they told me no one had looked at it yet. I attempted to pick it up on 3/4, and continued to have the same issue it was in there for. On 3/6, it was still sitting in the back lot and had not been looked at yet. On 3/10, I called for a status but could not get anyone on the phone, I called approx 5 times and left two separate voicemails. On 3/11, I called again, the first time I was sent to VM and the second time I finally spoke to someone. On 3/11 the update I got was that they had a fix for it and were going to call in a couple hours. 5 hrs later I finally received a call back that they determined the issue and would be ordering the part and contacting the extended warranty company and it would be 2-3 days to get it completed. What is the point of having an appointment if they did not even bother to look at it at that point in time? Communication has been attrocious. I still do not have my car back as of writing this on 3/13. EDIT/Update 3/14- My car was completed yesterday evening and I picked it up this morning. They kindly waived the deductible for my warranty company and so far so good. It should not have taken 2 weeks, but they at least covered the cost without me even asking. SO I have updated my review.

Burlington Chevy grabbed my attention because of their huge selection of trucks, but better than that is their amazing staff. When you are ready to buy your chevy car or truck you have to work with Walt at Burlington Chevy. Walt will do whatever he possibly can to give you the best experience buying your vehicle. Coming from out of state, we did most of our purchase over the phone and through text. But when we arrived on Saturday to finalize the paperwork, he and all of the staff made us feel like we were family. And I can’t leave out Mark and Bobby. Mark worked out all of the details without any issues and Bobby in finance was great!
