I can’t give this dealership a low enough rate. I brought it in for 3 issues, (defrost doesn’t work on ac, truck shakes on start up, and lane assists needs to be reset every couple 100 miles) First I dropped it off and didn’t hear anything from the dealership for a week and a half despite me calling and leaving voicemails multiple times durning this time period. When they finally called me back they told me that they couldn’t figure out the defrost issue and the shaking issue is a maintenance issue, and the lane assist was possible fixable by resetting the computer. I told them to do it. I then waited another week and again I left 2 voice mails that were unanswered. When I finally got a call back they told me the battery was dead and tried to charge Me for a new one. I told them the battery was fine before bringing it there and they had it for 2 and a half weeks, someone must’ve left the lights on and they are trying to charge me for a new battery. ( the truck is a 2022 certified used truck which had a good battery when I bought it from another Chevy dealership) I told them not to do it and I will pick my truck up, I then picked it up that day and the truck wouldn’t start when I had 0 issues with it starting before bringing it to them. I then had to drive to an Autozone, buy a battery and replace it myself when there was nothing wrong with it originally. So at the end of this, I was without my truck for 2 1/2 weeks, had no idea what was going on for most of that time, they killed my battery to the point the truck wouldn’t start until I changed it, they couldn’t diagnose the defrost issue, and now I can’t even reset the fuse for the lane assist. To top it all off my truck is covered in mud when i had just brought it to the car wash before i dropped it off. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE FOR SERVICE
