I took my car to Burlington Chevy because there was a loud grinding/squeaking sound under the hood. They did a diagnostic and determined my AC compressor was shot and my water pump was leaking. Both had to be replaced. This was submitted to my warranty and of course they low balled me on how much they were willing to pay for repairs. Chevy did the repairs, I picked up the car to get home and find that it is still making the noises I took it in for. I took the car back. Long story short....Chevy owned up to the error, did the correct repair and now my car is running smooth as silk. Thank you to the crew from the receptionist to the service manager. Special shout outs to Maria @ the front desk very polite and professional, Nicole the Scheduler for making sure I had a car to take me to and from work, Fred the Service Advisor for keeping me up to date on the progress, the mechanics for doing a great job and Brian the Service Manager for working with me on the cost. ( labor cost is outrageous at ANY dealership) They took ownership of their error, they worked with me on the cost and I came away feeling like a valued client.

I had an issue which made my engine light come on. After several attempts to figure out and correct the issue they finally got it right and they did an excellent job. My car is now running smoothly again and I'm enjoying the ride. It can be a very frustrating experience when your engine light comes on and no matter what the mechanic does it rides a couple of days , and you know it does not feel right, then the light comes back on. This happened several times, But the crew at Burlington Chevrolet are amazing. They took good care of me and got my car running again like it should. Thanks Guys !

I had an amazing experience buying from Burlington Chevrolet. Don't let this dealership's rustic exterior fool you. This place is legit. What the location lacks in curb appeal is made up for with excellent inventory, honest salespeople (my guy was Bobby), and thorough and experienced service technicians. I purchased a C8 Z06 from Burlington's inventory and could not be happier with the experience. The build Bobby ordered is one of the nicest and most thoughtful designs I've seen. The price was fair, I didn't get lowballed on my trade-in, and the finance guy (another Bobby) helped me find the post-sale options that worked for me, rather than trying to upsell me with every product they had to offer. If you're looking for an honest car dealership, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend more highly.

After doing extensive research on Corvette trims, I reached out to 12 different dealerships along the East Coast to lease a fully loaded 2027 Grand Sport. The process elsewhere was exhausting—most took days just to provide a basic estimate and completely lowballed my trade-in. Then I connected with Bobby Williams at Burlington Chevy. He beat every single offer I received by at least $350 and was the most straightforward, honest rep I have ever worked with (dare I say, an honest car salesman?). His communication was flawless, and he gave me a fair, no-nonsense value on my trade right out of the gate. Delivery was incredibly quick and smooth. They even threw in some apparel as a thank you—a little touch that shows they actually care about the customer experience. While I was there for my C8, I noticed they handle a massive volume of trucks and are the largest custom performance Black Widow package dealer on the East Coast. If you are in the market for a Chevy, I highly recommend asking for Bobby and buying one from Burlington Chevy. When working with Lou for the signatures, it was just as streamlined and efficient as the rest of this transaction! No they didn't pay me to say this.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Burlington Chevrolet. Bobby was very helpful every step of the way. I got there a little later and by the time we were finished it was past closing time. I appreciated them staying later and not trying to run me off, unfortunately that happened at another dealership years ago. I will definitely recommend Burlington Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This was the best experience i've ever had at any car dealer. From the minute I walked in the door and met Brian Smith, until I left with my new vehicle, he made everything easy, convenient and zero pressure. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient of my lack of technology lol, and it felt like talking to a friend, not a salesperson. He was very helpful, explained everything in detail and has followed up with me several times since my purchase. They gave me the best price that I received since I started searching and I came away with a fully loaded vehicle, at an incredible price which I was not able to find elsewhere. Their showroom is very nice, waiting area for customers is very accommodating. W hile I was there I noticed that all their sales and service people were giving the same experience to their customers. Brian is a lovely man, I could not have imagined a better salesperson and the experience with him has made me a customer for life.

I’m from PA and didn’t know anyone from Burlington Chevrolet but they had the best price online on a car I was interested in. So I just stopped by and Bobby Williams was a huge help.
