I was interested in a Chevy Volt and decided to buy one on Dec 31. I contacted a few dealerships, and chose Burlington, frankly, because it was open the latest on New Year's eve, and I could get there before it closed. I think I arrived around 4:30, and I walked out of the dealership around 7:00 pm with exactly the car I wanted (a 2018 Volt) at a very fair price. Our sales consultant (Jonathan Eplin) was very helpful, as were Terry (a manager) and Bobby (in finance). They had me out of there in time for dinner. A few days later, Jonathan arranged delivery of the car, exactly as promised, and gave me a generous tutorial in the basics of Hybrid EV operation (I've been driving 35 years but never had a hybrid or EV). The car has been a dream since (my kids are jealous and also proud of the EV aspect). Jonathan even called today just to follow up and see if I had any questions. Overall, I've been 110% thrilled with the process, the purchase, the service, etc. I guess it was maybe no coincidence that Burlington was also open late on New Year's Eve. They are all about service. A quality experience, start to finish.

Great service. Slow but fantastic.
I had an issue which made my engine light come on. After several attempts to figure out and correct the issue they finally got it right and they did an excellent job. My car is now running smoothly again and I'm enjoying the ride. It can be a very frustrating experience when your engine light comes on and no matter what the mechanic does it rides a couple of days , and you know it does not feel right, then the light comes back on. This happened several times, But the crew at Burlington Chevrolet are amazing. They took good care of me and got my car running again like it should. Thanks Guys !
We were referred to Burlington Chevy by numerous friends and family members, and it did not disappoint! Walt was very funny, down to earth, and easy to work with during the whole process even with it being the weekend before the holiday. We came into the dealership already knowing which vehicles we wanted to look at, and he made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and our experience with him was like talking to a good friend and not a salesperson. He was quick and efficient making sure all the paperwork was in proper order to get us on our way quickly once we made a decision, and even handled the insurance policy set-up to make sure everything was 100% correct. The finance team was excellent and able to get us right where we needed to be for our payments. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and have recommended him and the rest of the team several times, and brought back a family member already. Best service I’ve ever received while going to a dealership. Everybody was so kind and helpful, especially Tasha Watson. They were all so patient, and didn’t make me feel forced to make a decision. They all assisted me into making the best choice possible. Definitely recommend!
