I worked with Bobby to buy a 2024 Chevy traverse. We just had a baby days before and needed a vehicle fast. We didn't want too much of a headache and take too much time haggling and Bobby was perfect for that. I ran into an unusual problem with my 2023 Camaro Convertible. The trunk was locked with no way to open it. I called 4 Chevy dealers, and no one offered help, other than saying “come in for an appointment and we’ll try to fix it”… but the Burlington Chevy service department worked with me over the phone to help me eventually open the trunk. They spent a good 15-20 minutes with me, putting me before profit. The next time my car needs work I can’t complete, it will be going to Burlington Chevy.

I just purchased a Chevy Trax on 8/27. I have to say it was a truly stress free purchase. My sale Representative Jeff Grmek & Dealer Louis Rove were marvelous. Jeff really took the time to show and explain everything about the car and cost to me. I am not tech savvy and he was very patient with me and showed me how to use the screen in the car and phone pairing. I was NOT baffled with B.S. Would highly recommend Burlington Chevrolet.
