I met Bobby Williams at your dealership back in March of 2011, after visiting 5 other Chevy dealerships, and wound up buying my first Chevy pickup truck (had previously only owned Ford trucks) from him. Well, obviously I was pleased because I just leased a new Impala from Bobby. He was very professional and straight forward. When I'm ready for my new Corvette, I know where I will be going!
Overall good experience. I went in with the stock number of a vehicle I wanted to look at, obtained from the dealership website, and within a few minutes, the sales man had the vehicle brought up. Purchased that it that night and picked it up the next night!

I was greeted by the service person Joe. He was very pleasant and I told him I was a Bob Maguire (now closed down) customer and was mailed a flyer from Burlington Chevrolet. I was in for a routine oil change. I requested to have his staff check for anything I may need done to the car. My stay was extended due to the fact he informed me there was a short list of items that needed attention. I decided to extend my stay longer for the extra service my car needed. I definitely will bring back my vehicle back for more service. The waiting area was pristine and I was able to catch up on my reading. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I have been happy with the service department each time I have been there. The people are friendly and helpful. This time I was given a loaner car, as it was recommended I have brake service done. Waiting area is comfortable and well equipped.

Brought my car in for a recall notice. My car was fixed and the staff was friendly and pleasant.
My experience was perfect. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change but was informed of an open recall and the need for tire rotation. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in the waiting area which also had a play area for my son. The service writer kept me informed of the status of my vehicle as well as kept my 4 yr old at ease during the wait. I will definitely return for all of my repairs and will recommend Burlington Chevy to all of my friends and family!

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change. While performing an inspection the mechanic noticed that I had two very severe leaks in the oil and transmission systems. The Service Advisor immediately informed me about these issues. He very clearly explained the situation and my options. I always bring my truck to Burlington Chevrolet because I know that I will receive excellent service for the money. Your prices are competitive and the attention to detail is outstanding. I recently purchased a brand new 2012 Chevy Colorado from your dealership. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed working with Bobby and John the GM on this purchase. They made it the most easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Myself and my wife Katie were so impressed on the no "BS" approach which I like cause I don't like being lied too and or being played for a fool. Your dealership DID not do this to me and the price I was quoted over e-mail was the exact price I walked out of the dealership with. Actually the price was better then expected. Also after the purchase, the card you sent as well as the cookie basket was a amazing touch, again like no other dealership I have ever dealt with.
