I was greeted by the service person Joe. He was very pleasant and I told him I was a Bob Maguire (now closed down) customer and was mailed a flyer from Burlington Chevrolet. I was in for a routine oil change. I requested to have his staff check for anything I may need done to the car. My stay was extended due to the fact he informed me there was a short list of items that needed attention. I decided to extend my stay longer for the extra service my car needed. My experience was perfect. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change but was informed of an open recall and the need for tire rotation.
